Smita Kushwaha, CEO of Herbal Saheli, dreamed of building her own startup from a young age. With a background in Computer Science and a Master’s in Kathak Dance, as well as hands-on experience in Sales, Marketing, HR Recruitment, and Leadership, Smita brings a unique blend of skills to lead this mission-driven platform.

After working in various fields for four years to understand how companies operate, she recognized the challenges women face—balancing work and family, wage and position disparities, and more. Determined to make a change, Smita founded Herbal Saheli, a women-led company providing sustainable earning opportunities for women while elevating local brands 📈. Together, they foster growth, innovation, and community impact, creating a supportive environment where women grow financially and independently, making a lasting social change.
